How do I enable two-step verification on my e28et account, and is it really necessary?

Yes, enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended — especially when you have funds in your wallet. To set it up, log in to your account and go to the 'Settings' or 'Security' section. You'll find the Two-Factor Authentication option there. Once you enter your registered mobile number, a one-time OTP code will be sent to you every time you log in — and without that code, no one can access your account. This means even if someone knows your password, they still can't get in. Make sure to keep 2FA enabled to protect your bonuses and rewards. If you run into any issues, Help Centerto get in touch.

I've forgotten my e28et account password — how do I get back in?

If you've forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP code. Use that code to verify your identity, then set a new password. The whole process typically takes just two to three minutes. Make sure your new password is at least eight characters long and includes numbers and special characters to keep your account more secure going forward. E28et Rewards Program — What Sets It Apart

As online betting sites in Bangladesh have multiplied, so have the bonus offers competing for your attention. Many sites advertise big numbers, but the terms are so restrictive that actually benefiting from those bonuses becomes nearly impossible. e28et takes a different approach — its rewards program is built to deliver real, tangible value to players.

Take the Welcome Bonus as an example. Many sites advertise 100% bonuses, but the wagering requirements are so high that meeting them often leads to even greater losses. At e28et, wagering requirements are kept reasonable — 10x means a total of ৳10,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus, which falls well within the normal activity of a regular bettor.

How Does Weekly Cashback Work?

Say you bet a total of ৳5,000 in a week and win ৳3,500. Your net loss is ৳1,500. As a Gold Member, a 10% cashback means ৳150 lands in your wallet the following Monday. It may seem small, but it adds up to a meaningful amount over the course of a month. Best of all, this cashback is credited automatically — no separate request needed.

If you love playing with friends, the referral bonus is a real opportunity. Bring a friend to e28et — as soon as they make their first deposit, ৳500 lands straight in your wallet. There's no cap — the more friends you refer, the more rewards you earn.

When Are Festival Bonuses Available?

Bangladesh is never short of celebrations. From Eid and Pohela Boishakh to Victory Day, e28et brings extra offers for every special occasion. During the BPL or the World Cup, dedicated cricket bonuses are available too. These offers are time-limited, so keeping e28et notifications turned on means you'll never miss out.

Tournament Leaderboard — The Thrill of Competition

E28et hosts leaderboard tournaments during special events, where the players who bet the most or win the most within a set period take home cash prizes. It adds a competitive edge beyond just betting — and during the BPL, these tournaments get especially exciting.
